MidMark Capital - Our Company

MidMark Capital, through its two private equity funds, MidMark Equity Partners, L.P. and MidMark Equity Partners II, L.P., combines financial resources and business capabilities to acquire significant ownership positions and strategic buy-outs in privately and publicly-owned middle-market companies with the objective to increase the value of those positions over the long term.

The MidMark partnership was formed in 1989 by the three senior officers of MidMark, who have worked and invested together for over 14 years. MidMark's officers are seasoned executives who form a team with many years of in-depth experience in operations, investment management and investment banking. MidMark is guided in its activities by three underlying principles:
